Best shadowrun returns campaigns how to#
So if you enjoy making maps (and possibly some other graphical assets?), but aren't much of a storywriter and have no idea how to work with triggers, let's get in touch and see if we can make something interesting together! Between the SK trying to claim more corporate space for itself, the toxic wastelands of the lowlands and the biggest criminal underground in the world in the shape of Amsterdam, it is a great place to base stories. Part of that is from being Dutch myself, I'm sure, but it is also a brilliant place to set stories in Shadowrun if you ask me. Without giving too much away, I'm working on a storyline set in the United Netherlands from the Shadows over Europe sourcebook. While I can throw together a basic building and fill it with some lights, it just doesn't look all that exciting, which is why I am looking to team up who enjoys mapmaking. I'm a programmer by trade and a GM by night, so events, triggers, storylines and the like are my kind of thing, but I'm not much of an artist at all. (As opposed to the open world UCG most people seem to be going for, that is, not a similar length of the official storyline, which is downright silly to attempt.)

I'm looking for somebody who'd like to team up for to make an UCG storyline, similar to the official campaigns. I am always very eager to see people play or hear their particular stories. Please find DRM content here: Angel 07SEP2013.zip I've got tons of sourcebooks at home and I have read all of them back to back and tend to dig into my age-addled brain to provide flavour and background. I guess it's a mix of grit, humor and a tad of realism when called for. I hope you like my specific style of Shadowrunning. This means I am now motivated to finish Silver Angel completely. When I published it to Steam, however I got so many sweet responses from players that enjoyed the content, that I just had to continue. To give my players something fun to do and to experiment with the editor I decided to make a tiny legwork run for them to play on the side, allowing them to use the info they got in the p-n-p sessions. And I most surely like my Matrix wired with a nasty plug sticking in your temple! I have chosen to play my p-n-p adventures in chronological fashion, starting with the first adventure that was released with the DM screen of the first edition: Silver Angel. I like my Shadowrunning old fashioned, my cyberware banged up, and my magic utterly scary. I am now a proud wearer of a DocWagon pass (wonder what the police will think when they find my body if I ever get that unlucky :P).Īnyway.,I was starting an old skool Shadowrun 2050 campaign using the Shadowrun 4th edition and the SR2050 sourcebook since that's really where my heart lies. I was absolutely stoked when Shadowrun Returns was released and gladly backed it. I have played and GMed many pen-and-paper campaigns. I am Nao, an old geezer who has been Shadowrunning ever since the release of the 2nd edition.
